If you have chosen more than one item e.g. Conference + Dinner, or Conference + Worksite Visit, the registration system counts you as two (or more) attendees. Please enter Spaces when asked for the names of the additional Attendees.
IMPORTANT – use the bank account shown if you choose Payment Offline (on the Payment Method screen).
Do Not send a cheque – the Confirmation e-mail also contains the Account number to which you can make a deposit.
